We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Native level of Norwegian and at least B2 level of English
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to develop reports
  • Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet
  • Having a valid work permit in Spain or an EU passport (required)

  • A full-time position with 40 hours/week in rotational shifts (Mon-Thu 08-16, Fri 9-16)
