**About the Role**

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch speaking Customer Representative to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing reservations, and handling after-sales service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and creations
  • Manage the back-office of reservations, including issuance, modification, and cancellation
  • Provide after-sales service, including litigation and compensation management
  • Manage administrative processes, including invoicing and written communication
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

**Requirements:**

  • Native or fluent in Dutch, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Knowledge of French language is an advantage
  • Proven working experience in customer service roles
  • Previous experience as a travel agent and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage
  • A skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with strong collaboration and feedback skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, and Slack
