**About the Role**
Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch speaking Customer Representative to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing reservations, and handling after-sales service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and creations
- Manage the back-office of reservations, including issuance, modification, and cancellation
- Provide after-sales service, including litigation and compensation management
- Manage administrative processes, including invoicing and written communication
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
**Requirements:**
- Native or fluent in Dutch, both oral and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Knowledge of French language is an advantage
- Proven working experience in customer service roles
- Previous experience as a travel agent and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage
- A skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with strong collaboration and feedback skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, and Slack
