About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales & Support Engineer to join our team at Grupo Oesía. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales process, working closely with marketing and sales teams to prepare technical proposals and present solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the technical needs of qualified opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals in close collaboration with product managers and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and fieldwork.
  • Collaborate with product marketing activities to ensure effective communication of our products and systems.
  • Provide daily technical support to customers and coordinate support enquiries.

Requirements
  • Engineering Degree in Aeronautics, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with avionics and/or UAVs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Project management skills and international experience are desirable.
Travel Requirements

This role requires regular travel, so you must be willing to travel frequently.
