About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled After-Sales Engineer to join our team at GRUPO OESÍA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical support.
  • Coordinate daily technical support for customers, acting as the first point of contact within the company.
  • Prepare and deliver training courses to customers on the use and operation of our products.
  • Work closely with new customers to ensure the correct setup of their platforms.
  • Integrate and tune autopilot systems on customer UAVs.
  • Prepare and maintain articles for our Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborate with other team members on commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education.
  • Training or qualification in UAVs or high-level aeromodelling.
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience.
  • Experience with avionics and/or UAVs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • International experience.
