About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales & Support Engineer to join our team at Grupo Oesía. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales process, working closely with marketing and sales teams to prepare technical proposals and present solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the technical needs of qualified opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through regular visits and fieldwork.
  • Provide daily technical support and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience.
  • Experience with avionics and/or UAVs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
