Job Title: UAV Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled UAV Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Grupo Oesía. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective engagement strategies
  • Develop and deliver training courses to customers on UAV operation and maintenance
  • Work closely with new customers to ensure the correct setup of their platforms
  • Autopilot integration and tuning on customer UAVs
  • Prepare and maintain knowledge base articles and product documentation
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field
  • Training or qualification in UAVs or high-level aeromodelling
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
