About the Role

We are seeking a UAV Design Engineer to join our team in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid. As a UAV Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing UAV systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aerodynamic and systems design of UAV platforms, both fixed-wing and rotary-wing.
  • Preparation of technical and manufacturing documentation for UAV platforms.
  • Assembly of prototypes.
  • Preparation and execution of UAV test plans, both in the laboratory and in flight.
Requirements
  • Aeronautical or industrial engineering degree.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in UAV platforms.
  • Experience with Catia or SolidWorks design software.
  • Knowledge of aerodynamic calculations and flight mechanics.
  • Knowledge of assembly, manufacturing, and maintenance processes for UAV platforms.
  • Knowledge of drone piloting is valued.
  • Knowledge of aerodynamic simulation tools (XFLR5 / FLUENT / OPENFOAM) is valued.
  • Level B2-C1 English.
