About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Pre-Sales and Brand Engagement Specialist to join our team at Grupo Oesía. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our community, enhancing our brand presence, and organizing impactful events with a clear focus on pre-sales generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate social media publications, events, and other engagement activities
  • Develop strategies to drive active product sales and foster brand loyalty
  • Assess the technical needs of qualified opportunities
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals in close relationship with product managers and sales team
  • Develop relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with product marketing activities
  • Coordinate technical support enquiries

Requirements
  • Engineering Degree in Aeronautics, Electronics, or similar
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience
  • Experience with avionics and/or UAVs
  • English (high level required, written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Project management skills
  • International experience
