About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Pre-Sales and Brand Engagement Specialist to join our team at Grupo Oesía. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our community, enhancing our brand presence, and organizing impactful events with a clear focus on pre-sales generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate social media publications, events, and other engagement activities to drive active product sales and foster brand loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to drive pre-sales generation and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective engagement efforts.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing daily technical support and coordinating with the Flight Control Department for platform setup.
  • Prepare and deliver training courses, including integration and operation courses, and work closely with new customers to ensure correct platform setup.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education.
  • Training or qualification in UAVs or high-level aeromodelling.
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience.
  • Experience with avionics and/or UAVs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • International experience.
