Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Renewal Executive to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Renewal Executive, you will be responsible for managing assigned Cloud Renewals customer accounts, developing account strategies, and driving profitable growth within these customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, consulting, or customer engagement, with experience in developing account management plans and contract negotiation. You will be fluent in English and another EMEA language, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

As a Cloud Renewal Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during renewal negotiations, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the renewals process. You will work closely with other regional business teams, such as Customer Engagement Executives and Account Teams, to deliver end-to-end renewal execution and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for renewal customers
  • Increase cloud revenues through improved renewal rates, inclusive of cross or upsell and potential restructures of the contract
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other regional business teams
  • Deal management and commercial negotiation of the entire opportunity life cycle for renewals
  • Provide renewal forecasting support by accurately evaluating renewals 12 months in advance of expiration date
