Customer Renewal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Renewal Executive to join our team at Randstad Es. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our existing customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include providing end-to-end renewal execution support, maintaining knowledge of commercial negotiation and renewal execution, and coordinating renewal activities. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms, pricing, and contract terms, as well as ensuring all renewals are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will develop strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and proactively engage with clients before contract expiration to discuss renewal options and demonstrate the value of SAP.

Requirements

* Grado en Administración de Empresas y Gestión de la Innovación
* Idiomas: Inglés: C2, Alemán: C2, Italiano
* Conocimientos: SAP, Retention, Renovación
* Experiencia: 4 años
