About the Role

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking an Italian speaking Technical Account Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. The company is a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region.
  • Stay knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners to ensure comprehensive support to clients.
  • Assess client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
  • Support new clients throughout the onboarding process, helping them achieve successful outcomes.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the features, functionality, and practical applications of all product offerings to offer expert guidance.
  • Manage accounts directly, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze data to identify key opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to boost sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and deliver high-quality onboarding and troubleshooting materials for new customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and engineering) to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, technical issue resolution, or client-facing technical discovery.
  • Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Experience in industries such as online brokers, online marketplace software, IT services, or the SaaS sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical roles, especially in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance immediate needs with long-term goals.

Offer:

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
