Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, helping them with product information, order inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role allows for remote work from Bulgaria, and relocation assistance is available for hybrid work in Sofia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions, guiding them through product details, and resolving issues.
  • Product and Service Support: Assist clients by explaining product features, helping with purchases, managing returns or exchanges, and providing after-sales support.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle client complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring they are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, ensuring thorough documentation within the company's CRM system for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve client issues and improve the overall experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to deliver accurate and helpful information to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of Polish (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial, though not essential.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important.
