Job Summary: We are seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team. This role is available as a remote position for candidates living in Bulgaria, with the option for hybrid work from Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns they may have.
- Product Assistance: Help customers understand product features, guide them through the purchasing process, and assist with returns or exchanges.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and continuous service improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless and timely solutions for customers.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and internal processes to provide the best possible support.
- Customer Insights: Gather valuable customer feedback and provide insights to help improve products and services, contributing to the company's success.
Required Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: While customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others are key to success in this role.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively resolve customer issues, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach at all times.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus, though full training will be provided.
- Interest in Sports: A genuine interest in sports is highly preferred, as it will help in understanding customers' needs and enhancing customer interactions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and managing varying customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote team.
