About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Homelike Internet GmbH. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of our key clients in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new high-quality suppliers to expand our product offerings and improve customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, providing education on product changes and cascading feedback on product and policy.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and market trends to define strategies and set goals for maximizing revenue.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, serving as an ambassador for Homelike and working closely with the supply team and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the B2B team to supply corporate clients with the best apartment options.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in the real estate or business travel industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ideas and strategies to drive growth with new and existing suppliers.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and understand relevant data points to generate insights.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Business fluency in English (any other European language is welcome).
