About The Role
The Global Sales Development Manager is responsible for developing and supporting strategic partnerships between Ingepsy and key customers in assigned territories or geographies to deliver net sales, distribution volume, and market share targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities to propose actions and increase sales (Sell-out) through effective Catman Strategies implementation defined by the Catman Team.
- Ensure the implementation of activities in Customers, including the monitoring of compliance with sales activities, the launch of new products, and customer service.
- Provide training to logistics operators on exhibition strategies, new products, exhausted inventory, and CP portfolio.
- Promote and share best practices with the work team, guaranteeing information accuracy collected by Third Party.
- Support the solution of operational problems at managerial level and report relevant field activities in a timely manner.
- Regularly visit Point of Sale locations to identify areas of improvement and promote best practices at all levels of the company.
Salary Information
We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and allowances based on location and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience completed.
- At least +1 year of experience in the commercial area, including marketing, retail marketing, in-store sales, and field operations.
- English Proficiency (preferable).
- Google Suite Proficiency and ability to manage Excel/Sheets for handling large amounts of information.
- Driving license and skills to drive on large highways.
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.
