Regional Sales Manager

Egym is a leading German technology company in the fitness and health industry. We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Northern Spain.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy, preferably with a technological background. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the fitness and health industry by driving sales of our innovative technological solutions in your assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead sales of our cutting-edge solutions in Northern Spain
- Act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand client challenges
- Promote and demonstrate Egymsolutions to generate new business opportunities
- Create and present business cases, offers, and concepts for clients
- Organize and execute regional sales events with marketing support
- Provide regular sales reporting to Country Director using Salesforce
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy
- A deep understanding of economics and business model design
- Highly structured approach to daily work
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills, including solid English language proficiency
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus:
