Egym is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Expert to join our team in Northern Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the fitness industry and contribute to our mission of making gyms work for everyone.
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory, working closely with our customers to understand their business challenges and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for promoting and demonstrating our innovative technological solutions, generating new business opportunities, and converting them into sales.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Developing Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business challenges, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth in your assigned territory, working closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Solution Selling: Promote and demonstrate our innovative technological solutions, generating new business opportunities and converting them into sales.
- CRM Management: Manage our customer database within CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute regional sales events with the support of our marketing team.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reporting directly to our Country Director, using Salesforce to track key performance indicators.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Solution Selling Experience: Proven experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy, preferably with a technological background.
- Fitness Industry Background: Previous experience working in a commercial or financial role, or as a manager of a sport, fitness, or health center.
- Results-Driven: A highly motivated and result-driven individual with a proven track record of success.
- Structured Work Style: Highly structured in your daily work, with experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Digitalization Passion: Passionate about digitalization and excellent communication skills, with a solid level of English (spoken and written).
Your Training Goal
- Closed Sales: Complete at least one full sales process within the first six months.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform at least four product demonstrations per week.
- Event Participation: Help promote and organize at least two trade events in your region.
