At Hineon Custom Neon Signs - Led Neon Lights, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the chance to work with a leading provider of innovative signage solutions.

We specialize in delivering custom signage, metal, and acrylic signs, illuminated LED channel letters, and neon signs. Since 2016, we have provided effortless access to top-tier, custom signage solutions, enhancing our partners' offerings and capabilities.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Inbound Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls, and live chats via Zendesk) and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting quotes for client projects, collaborating with the design team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound inquiries and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage.
  • Prepare and present quotes for client projects, collaborating with the design team as needed.
  • Engage directly with clients via phone calls to answer questions, provide suggestions, and offer creative solutions for different options.
  • Establish the best customer experience and increase the quote-to-sale conversion rate.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work 9:30 AM–6:30 PM PST (Manila time 12:30 AM–9:30 AM, Tuesday to Saturday).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
  • Comfortable jumping on calls with clients; strong verbal English required.
  • Experience with Gmail/G Suite; experience with Zendesk preferred; familiarity with Streak CRM is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and support, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • An estimated salary of PHP 29,000 to PHP 39,000 per month.
