Customer Portfolio Manager

As a Customer Portfolio Manager at Eni, you will be responsible for maintaining and constantly improving customer portfolio management campaigns using outbound sales channels. You will work closely with the Backoffice department to develop new campaigns and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and value.

Requirements
Demonstrable commercial experience
Business acumen: ability to design activities starting from a blank sheet of paper, always using data
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Flexibility in the face of rapid changes in the market context
Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
English medium level
