About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at atwork corporate AG. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to customers, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account management and relationship-building.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
