**Job Description**

We are looking for a seasoned professional to bring insights into diverse sectors, uncovering business opportunities that can lead to transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures with global reach.

Your responsibilities will encompass initial idea generation, concept development, leading commercial feasibility studies, and developing initial business cases. Upon management approval, you will engage with identified partners to conduct detailed assessments and develop robust business plans.

To accomplish these tasks, you will need to conduct internal and external assessments to reveal emerging trends, converting raw data into actionable business intelligence to identify new business opportunities at their early stage.

You will present new business ideas with sufficient analysis to a review committee, advancing them forward in the development process. Having obtained management's endorsement, you will develop initial business plans, including objectives and strategic fit assessments, recommended strategies, industry structures, market analyses, risk assessments, and economic modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business ideas and assess their feasibility
  • Articulate rationale for pursuing identified opportunities, incorporating factors such as alignment with business strategy, market trends, and risk mitigation
  • Engage with internal and external entities to be knowledgeable of current or emerging business trends
  • Lead desktop market research and develop business plans & financial models

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

A strong analytical background and demonstrated ability to convert raw data into actionable business intelligence are essential for this position. You must also possess strong project management skills, experience leading large cross-functional development teams, and effective communication and presentation skills.
