Position Overview: Account Management Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage contracts and financial changes for accounts once they have purchased our app and become customers. This includes annual renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, and upsell opportunities for 250+ accounts.
Your Mission: To own the sales and upgrade opportunities for accounts, including upselling additional features, modules, or professional services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users. Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points, and position Flxpoint's solutions as strategic assets to help them achieve their objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or relevant experience. Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the software or technology industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving customer success and achieving business outcomes.
What You'll Get: Competitive salary: $24,000 per year (based on a 2,000 per month salary). Bonus opportunity: up to $12,000 per quarter, based on performance.
