Senior Regional Sales Manager

Your daily challenge is to spearhead the sales of innovative technological solutions in your assigned sales territory. As Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will shape the future of Egym with us by driving sales, consulting with clients, and showcasing our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Driving Sales: You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, visits, and demos, and converting them into sales in a highly professional manner.
- Consulting: You will act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand your client's business challenges in detail, providing expert advice on how to leverage Egym's solutions.
- Showcasing: You will promote and give demos of Egym's solutions in the assigned sales territory, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy. Your background should include a successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services, as well as experience working in a commercial or financial role or as a manager of a sport, fitness or health center.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a solid level of English. You should also be highly structured in your daily work and bring first experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
In the first 6 months, your training goal will be to confidently manage the customer database within the CRM, perform at least 4 demonstrations per week, help promote and organize at least 2 trade events in your region, and complete at least one full sales process.
