**Funciones**:
Como regional manager formarás parte del equipo de operaciones y dependerás directamente del area manager. Tu principal misión será lograr la excelencia en la operación de las tiendas de tu región garantizando que la presentación y el aspecto de las tiendas sea atractivo y obteniendo el máximo rendimiento de las mismas.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Controlar la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos operativos de las tiendas de la zona norte de España. Optimizar el aspecto y la presentación de las tiendas. Dirigir a los equipos y a las actividades de modo que los objetivos se logren satisfactoriamente. Motivar a tus equipos y participar activamente en la mejora de sus habilidades proporcionando instrucciones, explicaciones y orientaciones constructivas. Optimizar el rendimiento de las tiendas de la región mediante la supervisión de los store managers.
Gestionar los KPI de la tienda (costes, ventas, productividad y existencias). Adoptar medidas correctivas si no se alcanzan los resultados.

**Requisitos**:
Más de 3 años de experiência en un puesto similar. Licenciatura o Grado. Nível de inglés alto ya que será necesario para el desarrollo del puesto. Permiso de conducir. Liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Capacidad de organizar actividades y proyectos cumpliendo las directrices y los plazos acordados y capacidad de proponer e implementar métodos de trabajo eficientes y eficaces
