Revenue Enablement Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Training Specialist to join our team at YipitData, the leading market research and analytics firm for the disruptive economy. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement best-in-class training programs that drive revenue growth.
Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in enablement/sales training, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact training programs that improve sales performance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs for our revenue roles, including SDRs, Sales, Client Strategy, and Business Development teams.
Your day-to-day will involve delivering engaging training sessions, creating interactive learning experiences, and facilitating coaching sessions on soft skills such as objection handling, discovery, and negotiation. You will also be responsible for building out net new onboarding content, administering assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness.

What We OfferOur competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $36k - $56k per year, depending on experience, and an annual bonus of $10k based on performance. Requirements- 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience
- C2 Level English
- Experience building best-in-class training programs for sales roles
- A close understanding of the sales process (SaaS sales is a plus)
- Outstanding audience engagement skills
- Ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
