Business Development Manager

**Your mission**:
As part of the Sales team, you will have the opportunity to play a decisive role within a company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth. You will be a key role in expanding the company's customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and exploring new markets. This position requires a combination of sales and strategic planning skills to achieve business objectives and increase revenue.

Market Research**: You will conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging markets. Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for the company's products or services.
- ** Lead Generation**: You will generate leads through various channels, such as cold-calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients to pursue.
- ** Sales and Business Growth**:You will close deals with prospective clients by presenting the company's offerings, negotiating contracts, and addressing customer concerns. Meet or better exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- ** Relationship Building**:You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Regularly engage with existing clients to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- ** Strategic Planning**: You will develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify key growth areas and create action plans to capitalize on them.
- ** Partnership Development**: You will Identify potential strategic partners and collaborations to expand the company's reach and market presence.
- ** Proposal Creation**: You will prepare compelling proposals tailored to potential clients' needs and requirements. Present proposals in a clear and persuasive manner to win new business.
- ** Market Analysis**: You will monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to adapt business development strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: You will provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and progress toward goals. Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: You will collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful execution of business strategies.
**Location**:
Hybrid in Cantabria, País Vasco, or Madrid
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales-oriented role (minimum of 2-3years).
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of market research and business development techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel for business meetings and events, if required.
- ** Languages**: Spanish, English Professional working proficiency, German (desirable)
