About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Partner Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide SEO optimization recommendations and content auditing services to our clients.
  • Prepare and present key takeaways and actions to our stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality checks and feedback on audit results.
  • Execute content automation, API, and syndication processes for our clients.
  • Monitor asset toolkit execution and drive timely NPI execution.
  • Track improvements and optimizations, and provide ROI estimations to our clients.
Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in marketing, ecommerce, or business administration. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in English (bilingual or higher).
  • University degree in marketing, ecommerce, or business administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in online sales, digital content management, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills.
  • Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).
