About the Job: We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Flemish market. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delight our Belgian and Dutch-speaking customers by providing sharp, quick technical support and guiding them through the account opening process
  • Be the voice of our customers, using their feedback to continuously improve our product and maintain the 'WOW' effect they love
  • Set up internal processes to better respond to customer requests, including updating FAQs, dashboards, and macros
  • Take ownership of identifying anomalies, optimizing problem-solving, and keeping colleagues up-to-date on improvements

About You: We're looking for someone with up to one year of experience in customer support or handling client challenges, who is customer-centric, results-driven, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. You'll thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup environment and be proficient in Flemish and English.
