Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Customer Experience Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and Support: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, providing personalized coaching and support to help them succeed on our platform.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to our central teams as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Track customer progress and provide insights to our team to inform business decisions and improve overall customer experience.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native Portuguese Speaker: Fluent language skills are essential for communicating effectively with our Portuguese-speaking customers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level) are required to collaborate with our global team.
- Experience Working with the Portuguese Market: Previous experience working with the Portuguese market is a must-have for this role.
- Passion for Customer Experience: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
