About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at VALD. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the allied health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend conferences and product demonstrations to showcase VALD's innovative human-measurement technology
  • Set up and oversee product trials, nurture new leads, and identify new opportunities for VALD
  • Leverage industry expertise and product knowledge to demonstrate value to clients and drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributor partners
  • Travel to client meetings and represent VALD at industry conferences and events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a clinical or allied health setting, such as a physiotherapist or physical therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Comfortable targeting new clients and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and represent VALD at industry events
  • Confidence in persuasively demonstrating VALD's systems and communicating product and industry knowledge to clients
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to hold themselves accountable for reaching sales targets
