Customer Service Operations Specialist with Strong Technical Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Eurofirms Services.

Estimated Salary$50,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
Job Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with customers by diligently following up on issues that cannot be resolved quickly and providing regular updates throughout the resolution process.
- Analyze customer interactions to ensure their needs are met and services are aligned.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to address common issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback through voice of consumer (VOC) tools and use insights to refine classification accuracy.
- At least 2 years of working experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar background.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong technical knowledge of consumer technology product groups, such as software and knowledgebase.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
