Job Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by diligently following up on issues that cannot be resolved quickly and providing regular updates throughout the resolution process.
  • Analyze customer interactions to ensure their needs are met and services are aligned.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to address common issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback through voice of consumer (VOC) tools and use insights to refine classification accuracy.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar background.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong technical knowledge of consumer technology product groups, such as software and knowledgebase.
