About Archard Talent

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, providing timely resolutions for our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in the ICT installation and maintenance field.
