Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist with technical expertise to join our team. As a key member of our Merchant and Technical Support Team, you will provide high-quality technical and administrative support to our merchants and partners via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first-line technical and administrative analysis and resolution to issues raised by customers, escalating when necessary
* Maintain incident tracking systems throughout the ticket lifecycle
* Develop strong relationships with key customers through proactive communication
* Independently assign priorities to reported issues based on experience
* Gain knowledge of systems used by customers in your region and document this information in our knowledge management platform
* Safeguard confidentiality, performance, and availability of business applications
Requirements
* Strong customer service attitude and experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic IT knowledge
* Desire to continuously learn and apply new knowledge
* Experience in the Card Payment industry is an asset
* Fluency in English and French (native level)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing market
Salary Range
€50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
