Technical Support Specialist with Swedish Language Expertise

">Job Description: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving IT issues efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming contacts from users via phone calls, chat, and emails regarding IT issues and queries. You will troubleshoot desktop, application-related issues on user machines using remote tools, as well as resolve problems on iOS and Android devices. Additionally, you will determine and isolate the source of computer problems, take ownership of issues from start to resolution, and document resolutions for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess native or fluent Swedish language skills, both oral and written. Fluency in English (at least B2 level) is also required. You should have prior experience in Application support/Software development, IT Service Desk, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, Monitoring Tools, CA Service Desk would be advantageous. Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures would be an added advantage. Furthermore, you should be self-motivated, gain satisfaction from providing excellent customer service, possess problem-solving abilities, strong logical analytics, and be able to multi-task.

Estimated Salary Range: Based on the location and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is between 35,000 - 45,000 EUR per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
