Sales Development Representative for SAP SuccessFactors

As a Sales Development Executive, you'll play a critical role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
  • Identify target accounts, profile, and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
  • Meet daily activity KPIs

About You:

  • Articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven
  • 1-2 years relevant sales/business development experience
  • Fluent German and English speaker; additional languages beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
  • Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
