We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a critical role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers to set up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects through various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling platforms.
- Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth of our sales team.
- 1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Fluent German and English speaker, with additional languages a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt quickly to new situations.
