Sales Development Executive for SAP SuccessFactors

We're looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization. Your primary goal will be to develop inbound and outbound leads, qualifying them before passing them across to our field sales colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth of our sales organization.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
  • Fluent German and English speaker, with additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt quickly to new situations.
