Sales Development Executive for SAP SuccessFactors

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with key decision makers and influencers at target accounts to develop qualified leads for our Account Executives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
- Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth of our sales organization.
- 1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Fluent German and English speaker, with additional languages beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt quickly to new situations.
