About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and pass them on to our field sales colleagues. If you have a passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and a desire to start a career in sales, we would love to have you join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
  • Identify target accounts, profile, and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs.
