About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key player in our Accommodation team, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contracting and Negotiation: Successfully negotiate with independent hotels to join our Odigeo Connect Dynamic Package Agreement.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Gather market and customer information to create a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
  • Relationship Building: Establish a friendly and helpful relationship with lodging providers, explaining our requirements and philosophy.
  • Sales Performance: Review and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
  • Hospitality or OTA Knowledge: Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
  • People-Oriented: Strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Business Acumen and Commercial Skills: Business acumen and commercial skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Productivity Tools: Proficient with productivity tools, including MS Office Package and Gmail.
