Key Responsibilities- Contracting and Negotiation: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts with hotel suppliers to add their establishments to our Odigeo Connect Platform.
- Relationship Building: You will be the primary contact person for your designated hotel portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel suppliers.
- Market Research and Analysis: You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize our supplier portfolio.
- Sales Performance Management: You will review your sales performance regularly, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently.
- Commercial Knowledge: Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel suppliers and internal stakeholders.
