Job Title: Accommodation Sales Contractor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accommodation Sales Contractor to join our Accommodation team based in Barcelona. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling and influencing accommodation providers to add their establishment to the Odigeo Connect Platform via email and telephone, with potential travel requirements.
  • Be the permanent contact person for your designated source lodging portfolio until they are fully signed.
  • Gather market and customer information and create a database in our Customer Relationship Management system, Salesforce.
  • Create a friendly and helpful relationship with the lodging provider.
  • Explain Odigeo's requirements and philosophy and transmit enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to our partners.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and at least another European language.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
  • Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
  • People-oriented, with strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork are essential.
  • Business acumen and commercial skills are required.
  • Ability to work alone without direct supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy.
  • Goals and customer-oriented, with proficiency in productivity tools, such as MS Office Package and Gmail.
  • Skilled in sales and/or in a call center with a commercial background, with strong familiarity with computers, internet, email, and IT literacy.
