Accommodation Sales Contractor - German or English Native (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Sales Contractor to join our team at Edreams. As a key player in our Accommodation department, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contracting and Negotiation: You will be responsible for negotiating with hotel suppliers to add their establishments to our Odigeo Connect Platform.
  2. Relationship Management: You will be the primary contact person for your designated hotel portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  3. Market Research: You will gather market and customer information to create a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
  4. Communication: You will communicate with hotel suppliers to explain our requirements and philosophy, and to transmit enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to our partners.
  5. Performance Review: You will review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and German is required.
  2. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
  3. Hospitality or OTA Knowledge: Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
  4. People-Oriented: You will be people-oriented, with strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
  5. Self-Motivation and Teamwork: You will be self-motivated and a team player, with the ability to work alone without direct supervision.
  6. Business Acumen and Commercial Skills: You will have business acumen and commercial skills, with the ability to understand our business requirements.
  7. Productivity Tools: You will be proficient in productivity tools, including MS Office Package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Hangout, etc.), Salesforce, and Internet navigation.
  8. Sales and Call Center Experience: You will have sales and/or call center experience, with a commercial background.
  9. Client Relationship Management: You will be skilled in client relationship management, with the ability to establish and build healthy working relationships with partners and colleagues.
  10. IT Literacy: You will be IT-literate, with strong familiarity with computers, internet, and email.
