**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Accommodation Sales Representative to join our team at Edreams Odigeo. As a key player in our Accommodation Sales team, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations in the German market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with accommodation providers to add their establishments to our Odigeo Connect Platform.
- Be the primary contact person for your designated source lodging portfolio until they are fully signed.
- Gather market and customer information and create a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
- Create a friendly and helpful relationship with lodging providers.
- Explain Odigeo's requirements and philosophy and transmit enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to our partners.
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently.
- Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
- People-oriented, with strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
- Self-motivation and teamwork.
- Business acumen and commercial skills.
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
- Proficient with productivity tools, including MS Office Package and Salesforce.
