Senior Conference Sales Specialist

About this Role:
This role requires building strong relationships with senior executives at Gartner's top global accounts. Collaborate with the account team to drive conference attendance and advise on relevant conferences. Key responsibilities include consistently meeting sales quotas, collaborating across teams, researching new leads, and possessing excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by retaining, growing, and prospecting attendees within your territory.
* Collaborate with the account team to drive conference attendance and provide guidance on relevant conferences.
* Research and identify new leads and contacts within assigned territories.
* Possess excellent English language oral and written communication skills with a high level of business acumen.
What You Will Need:
* 0-4 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment and take initiative independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on location and performance. This salary range is subject to change and may vary based on individual circumstances. Gartner offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
