About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hive Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into long-lasting customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, events, and online research.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of potential clients' operating markets, needs, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Account Management: Close complex deals through a solution-driven sales approach, identifying pain points, and coming up with solutions that enhance customers' operational set-ups.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture value-centric relationships with key stakeholders to identify business prospects and drive growth.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Hive Logistics on the phone, in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics and supply chain management is a plus; 2 years or more relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Language: Fluent or native Spanish and English.
