We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the French market.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will be expected to take ownership of your performance and outcomes, proposing value-driven solutions and continuously seeking improvement.
You will work closely with our SDRs and sales team, proactively proposing strategies, campaigns, and actions to optimize the sales process and drive growth. Collaborating on setting quarterly and annual OKRs with senior leadership is also essential.
Responsibilities- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, focusing on building strong client relationships during the first year
- Identify and target new clients in the French market through strategic research and prospecting activities
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to engage potential clients across multiple roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers)
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects, leading the negotiation process from initial demo to contract finalization
- Accurately forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline and key metrics
- At least 1 year in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR
- Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
- Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Permanent contract
- Flexible working policy (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with a central Barcelona location

Our estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer uncapped variable compensation and equity participation in the company.
