Client Success Manager

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized client success plans to drive high value and client retention
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients
- Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities
- Regularly meet and engage with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend actionable solutions
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience with a strong track record of customer service and relationship-building
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to speak English at a business level with a preference for an additional language
- Bachelor's degree preferred
